If an individual who is a Professional Meeting and Event Planner (the “Customer” or “member”) books an eligible meeting at a participating property between September 3, 2019 and March 31, 2020, for an arrival date on or before December 31, 2023, the Customer or member is eligible to earn a signing bonus (“Signing Bonus”) for up to 100,000 Points to be earned based on the total number of rooms contracted. An eligible meeting for this Promotion must have a minimum of 25 contracted rooms.
Valid on new contracted bookings only, made from September 3 2019 – March 31, 2020 and actualized by December 31, 2023 at participating properties in the US, Canada, Caribbean and Latin America. Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts. Promotion must be referenced at the start of the negotiation process with the Participating Property for the meeting or event and is subject to availability (blackout dates may apply). The Promotion is not valid with any room blocks or events booked, under negotiation, or that occurred prior to September 3, 2019 or after March 31, 2020.
Signing Bonus Rewards Points are a one-time deposit and the Customer must be a Marriott Bonvoy™ member with an active account. Please allow for up to four (4) weeks from the time the contract is signed for the one-time Signing Bonus deposit to be processed into the Customer’s or member’s account. Points are not transferrable, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Customer must be a legal corporate entity with a valid tax ID number, business number, or other equivalent documentation. In accordance with the laws of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Promotion and the earning of Marriott Bonvoy ™ Points do not apply to government employees, officials, employees of State Owned Entities (SOEs) and those acting on behalf of government agencies, departments and SOEs when booking an event on behalf of their employing entity, as well as intermediaries when booking on behalf of a non-U.S. governmental entity or SOE.The Customer may also choose to donate their awarded points at https://giving.marriott.com.
